Hello All, How’s your March going?  I love this time of year.  The industry picks up (does it ever slow down anymore?), we are getting close to roll into end of financial year, and momentum is building.

We’re starting to plan for the rest of 2015.  I’m on the AMSRS conference committee again this year, and we’ve been right in the thick of choosing speakers and key notes in order to create a blockbuster conference for the 60th year of AMSRS (happy birthday!!).

This years conference is going to be a cracker.  I can’t tell you too much about the line up just yet as the team are in the process of confirming and coordinating our speakers and keynotes. What was fantastic to see was the number of stories of research in action, as well as innovative methodologies being show cased. I was particularly excited to see the number of papers submitted in partnership between agency and client – the number of these case studies seems to be growing each year, and this demonstrates the strength of relationship between clients and these agencies (as well as giving us good examples of research making a difference in the real world! My favourite type of content)

As this is the 60th year of AMSRS, the conference will be a celebration of our strong and rich industry in Australia. There will be some special extras this year, just for AMSRS members to thank them and celebrate their participation in our industry. Tickets will sell fast, so lock in the dates  (3rd & 4th September 2015) in Sydney (at the Hilton).  And watch this space.
